🙋🏼‍♀️ My Story

Sarah Goldberg is a content strategist, brand marketer, writer, and editor dedicated to helping people live happier, healthier lives.

She’s worked across health systems, nonprofits, and digital health companies to improve access to care and empower patients with information to navigate the often dizzying world of healthcare. She thrives on making complex topics accessible and actionable—and serving as the “glue” that holds teams and projects together, driving to the finish line. (And she generally shies away from referring to herself in the third person).

A passionate patient advocate, Sarah:

  • Co-founded IBD SuperFriends, a peer-to-peer mentoring program at the University of Chicago Medicine

  • Serves on the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation Patient Advisory Task Force

  • Volunteers with the Chicago Coalition for Family Building, improving access to fertility treatments for all

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Emory University and a Master of Science in Health Communication from Northwestern University.

Sarah lives in Chicago, where she loves exploring museums and farmers markets with her husband, two young kids, and rescue dog.
